as far as jokes go , it wont be too long before the joke is on us.
look at all the freedoms with animals we have already lost.
Cant own roosters in a city,
cant own chickens in a city
cant own chickens unless Xx amount of acreage is owned
a lot of people have no recourse if a predator does come in and kill animals, heck cant shoot the predator its only doing what they do.
Think about some of the posts on here, where chicken owners are chastised because of someone else did not folowing a law,
think about what your joking about, it can very easily and quickly become a reality.

So anything that eats meat will be sued?
How in the world would people feed thier cats and dogs?

Because somehow.. The dog/cat, will think "Well they didn't feed me today, im going to drive/call my attorney and sue them".. It's stupid, and honestly i don't understand why someone would ever think about it.. People too often forget, animals are animals.. Not people. And yes Gypsy, i believe we all know (i know i do) that, that can be reality for sure..

3 words, people, just 3 simple words...

Consider

Or these 3 words:

Just because it's on the internet doesn't mean it's true or accurate.

Case in point: http://www.nowpublic.com/world/mayara-tavares-was-obama-checking-out-girl-g8-summit

The
picture seems to tell one story:

But the video tells the real story: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Vl2x2W9YgA

By
the way, here's the rest of the story about animals supposedly being able to bring suit: http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2009/may/05/wayne-lapierre/sunstein-has-said-people-ought-be-able-sue-behalf-/
(...)he was saying that if the pig that winds up on your breakfast plate was raised or killed in a way that violates existing animal cruelty laws, then someone ought to be able to sue the processor on the pig's behalf. That's all, folks.

Dont be surprize about all the new animal laws. City here in Ohio past a law you are only allow 2 pets per house hold. Dog can only be outside so many hours per day. CRAZY

We are still allowed to have our dogs outside here, but I got in trouble because my kennels HAD dirt floors. The dogs all have cozy houses full of straw, but apparently they need bedding throughout the entire kennel. They now have to walk on gravel because apparently that is better than dirt

What they really wanted was for me to bed the entire kennels in straw or woodchips ... I guess so they would stay soggy, stinky, and bacteria ridden and be harder to clean. At least they have no jurisdiction over chickens, but they did not like the dirt chicken runs either. Things are just getting ridiculous.
