How should I do this

Ok I have a show coming up in 2 weeks so I will be gone 1/2 day on Friday, all day sat and 1/2 day or so sunday. Will the eggs be ok if they only get turned the one time on friday and sunday and none of sat? Or should I try setting them under a broody. The eggs should be here either thurs or friday so they will be on approx day 7. Not sure where I can set a broody but I have 2 or 3 right now. Oh yeah they are serama eggs.

Do you have anyone that can turn the eggs for you a couple times a day? I'm not sure, but I think it's pretty important to turn them at least once a day.
