I have what I *think* is a safe henhouse, but it does have some small holes, near the doors. The chickies don't spend their nights in the run, I make sure to lock them safely in the house at night. How small can a predator fit through? A weasel, namely? Thanks!

Well snakes can get through any holes i recommend snakeaway and weasels are very smart they can fit through a hole about the size of a water hose or bigger and they will eat the head and leave the rest thats how you know its a weasel, hope the info helped you

I have never had weasel issues, but I have gone to great lengths to close the smallest of openings. mice getting in & leaving feces, rats chewing on birds, snakes killing if not eating birds - all things I don't want to happen.

I stuffed steel wool bought at home depot tightly into any crevices to prevent such a thing. if I had weasels, I think I would close these small openings. I understand weasels are very gruesome in their killing.

Okay, thanks! I'll stuff the lil holes soon.
