I have some BCM chicks who are about 14 or 15 weeks old now. A few of the girls' combs and faces have turned red over the past week or two. It got me wondering- how long after this point do pullets typically start laying?

They usually start laying about a month after their combs start to turn red. Sounds like your's are on track to lay right at about 20 weeks.
