I was moving a few of mine from cage to RUN AREA and 2 got away from me and ending UP in a 40 ft. tree . Forunately they flew inside the run area and thats when I decided to CLIP flight feathers .

AND in answer to your question , YES they CAN and YES they will . They birds , they WILL fly .
