How to assure eggs WON'T hatch?

Ok, OP, it just hit me.

Go to a feed store and buy some EEs. Or, you could get some barnyard mix EE hatching eggs. Sell the EE eggs as eating and the others as hatching people get their pretty blue eggs to eat, you get your money that you wanted. Whatever extra eggs you have of your expensive hens, your family will eat them, only give them away to close people who are family, or donate them to a soup kitchen/food pantry. Earn some blessings by giving charity something you value and love.

I have a pair of ameraucana roo's. I'll just keep the hen's that I don't need for hatching eggs with them. The offspring would just be easter eggers. Should be nice blue eggs from them, just won't be auto sexing like the legbars.
