look at the coop page on my BYC page, theres pics of my roosts and the poop board underneath that is covered in vinyl. They're about 22in off the bottom of coop and the poop board is 2" below. My roosts are also held in place by simple 1x4 of each side of each end of the roost so the roost can easily be lifted out to clean as well as the poop board...sheck out the pics- they make it easier to see what I mean.
