think of all the stew you can make, yum. or thanksgiving and Christmas dinners yum, chicken burgers, chicken chili
not to mention BBQ season is right around the corner. lol
don't look t them as pets because they are not. don't give them names. don't give them any special unneeded treatment that will cause you to be attached to them. remember that they are food and just food.
remember that if you keep them alive too long you are actually causing them harm by letting them get too big

Ohh, and my favorite. post chicken recipe's in the coop. my ax is hung up inside the coop to remind them (and me) everyday what they are.
