How to check feedback on our own posts?

I'm wondering if there's a way to see if anyone has responded to our posts that's easier than searching through each topic until we find our own posts? Like, is there some way to be updated when someone responds to a post? Thanks! Still new at this!

When I subscribe to my own posts, then I get a notice in my email when someone comments.

At the bottom of the index page or when you click on recent posts at the bottom of the page there is a tab for "Show your posts" you can click.

Just above "show your posts" is "show your subscribed topics." This is the one I use, rather than emails. I simply subscribe to any thread i want to see further replies to, whether my own or someone else's.
