Look at the day of the week they mail their orders, as well. For us on the west coast, McMurray orders end up arriving at the post office early Sunday morning, and we can't pick them up for over 24 hours. Some hatch on Fridays, some hatch earlier in the week. What day you get them depends on your zone.
