Ok, I have two rooster that are starting to tear up the girls with the spurs!!! How do I clip them??? Any help would be nice. Pictures even better. If it matters, they are RIR roosters

Tks

Just removing the spurs won't help the hens backs because most of the damage is done by their claws, and if you have 2 roosters and less then 16 or so hens then you have 1 too many roosters, and the constant harrassment could keep the hens from eating and laying. It could also make the roosters fight themselves.
If you don't want fertilized eggs keep the roosters in a different pen or get your ladies aprons to protect their backs. You could also get a roo from a gentle breed...I've heard those RIRs can be rough and mean.

Files, not finger nail files.. Big metal files, You can cut through, or just blunt the edges..

Hacksaw cut through.. but not too close,

Dremel tools.

Pliers/wire cutters careful not to break the spur completely..
