How to convince my mom???

I need to know how to convince my mom that if i order chicks and ducklings in mid august, they will be big enough to survive the winter... Sooo... how do I convince her???

Ps: I am able to keep them inside until they cannot fit in our brooder and our brooder is 2 huge storage tubs put together... so they would be almost full grown before I let them stay outside.

i agree wait til spring they might not grow fast enough to do well in winter.its fun in spring too because you can get colored chicks and ducklings they are so adorable. by the way how do you get emoticons all mine just show up as text

Too bad you don't live in the south. I can have chicks just about anytime without a problem.

Waiting until spring is like being pregnant waiting on your first baby. It takes forever and is full of pain!

maybe instead of convincing her, HONOR her. show how 'adult' you are about it. works wonders, and no matter what happens, you'll end up where you should be!
