How to correctly wash eggs?

For the past weeks my ive been washing my hens' eggs with just warm water and soap and ive heard that removes the bloom which protects the egg from outside bacteria. but i just put them in the refrigerator if i dont use them immediately. now there really productive and im thinking about selling some to friends/family. is there a way to thoroughly wash the eggs but preserve the bloom?

Google coating it with mineral oil after washing (make sure your wash water is VERY warm)...don't know if this helps or not but I read something about it.
