How to determine pregnant quail?

How can I determine if my quail is pregnant?I have 3 coturnix.(2 female and 1 male)

Birds don't get pregnant. You can incubate an egg to see if it is fertile. Or crack it to see if it has the bullseye on the yoke.

I want to determine that my quail's egg in her belly.

Belly? It doesn't work like that. When a egg is produced it will be laid fertile or not.
