How to do a "Review"

I want to add "Reviews" but when I navigate to Reviews it doesn't show me options to add my own?

Try entering a number between 1 and 5.

Wow, thanks for noticing and pointing this out! With @CarpCharacin 's excellent help, we were able to determine this was basically duplicate data from our platform conversion a few years ago. We've removed the redundant field.
