How to dose Valbazen

I need to deworm my chickens using Valbazen. I have 4 hens. How much do I need to give them? Anyone?

I would give it orally based on weight. If they are average size (5-6 pounds), give 0.5ml (1/2 ml). Repeat in ten days. If they are larger, give more, smaller, give less. The dose you want to aim for is ~0.08ml per pound. Make sense? Okay to round up a little.
