how to entertain chickens when it's too wet outside?

We finally got some desparately-needed rain. Of course, now the chickens are stuck inside. And, of course, with nothing better to do, the roos are fighting!

What is entertaining to a chicken? Anything, besides food?

Unless you're having a monsoon, they won't mind being outside.
Other than that, hanging a head of lettuce or cabbage from a string so that they can jump for it is good for them.

No, no TV. There's too much violence and too many half-dressed chicks!

I let them out, instead.

It was raining here this morning when I let my chickens out. They LOVED it!!!! I though for sure they would run back into the barn when the rain started to come down harder, but they were unfazed!.

Also take a old cd and hang with with string or a old mirror they love to check themself out lol not modest are they?? LOL
