In the previous topic I opened with you, I talked about the benefits of Artificial Intelligence during the incubation period.

I realized that the most important factor in embryo development is oxygen control and ensuring the oxygen balance inside the cabin.

I asked the artificial intelligence why the Cabin Humidity tank and unit should be outside. In response, it said to me the following

There are several strong reasons why you do not find this method right; I think the main concerns in your mind may be:

The cabin environment is disrupted

When you put the water tank inside, it becomes necessary to open the lid to fill or clean it. This leads to a constant disruption of the temperature and humidity balance.

Since you keep it outside, the incubator does not exit the “lock” phase during the water addition process.

The risk of contamination increases

The water standing inside is more suitable for the growth of bacteria and fungi over time. It can be cleaned and disinfected more easily in the external tank.

The risk of leakage or dripping is reduced;

A mass water leakage in the inner tank can damage the eggs.

Space and airflow are limited

The tank standing inside takes up space, especially in the 35 volume vial system. The fan and resistance can prevent the ideal distribution of airflow around it.

With the external atomizer and hose, you direct the moisture to the exact point you want.

Electrical safety

The internal tank and water spray unit work close to the electronic modules. The combination of water and electricity poses a risk.

Being outside ensures that the 24 V atomizer and electrical connections work in water isolation.

The artificial intelligence listed the 4 main reasons above for me. I wrote to the artificial intelligence that these reasons were correct and necessary. I told them that these were not the main reasons for me to leave the cabin. I asked him to do research.

The artificial intelligence found the 5th reason as a result of the research.

There is no need to transmit ultrasonic vibration and noise to the fryer

5- The ultrasonic transducer located inside the atomizer creates high-frequency vibration and low humming sound.

This vibration can be directly transmitted to the eggs and embryos in the cabin; both vibration and sound are unnecessary stress factors during the sensitive development period.

By keeping this out, you leave this vibration and sound out and provide a quiet, stable environment inside, he said.

It is a correct research that the 5th reason found by artificial intelligence is effective.

However, for me, removing the humidity unit from the cabin was still not the main factor.

I could not reach any complete information that would match this issue in the research I did on the forum.

What do you think was the main purpose of doing this?

I am eagerly waiting for the opinions of friends who are knowledgeable on this subject.
