how to feed 2 age groups different feed in same pen?

Ok I'm going to stay with my 18% grower that I'm already feeding the 14 week olds. I called my feedstore and no problem exchanging. So lastly, do I want shell or grit? and I'm on my way out the door!

I use a Non-Medicated Starter-Grower 18% after 10 weeks old to all ages of chickens. I like feeds with 18 to 20% Protein. I'll buy an All-Flock crumble if it's on sale.
I feed a Medicated Start and Grow 18% for the first 10 weeks.
As for Grit and Calcium. I offer Chick Grit from 2 till 8 weeks old.
