My 7 m/o rooster sneezing, and very small

Intestines problems and sneezing are not the same.

What are the symptoms besides sneezing?

I had chicks once who were sneezing. They infected each other. Some got over it very quick. But one chick sneezed for 6 weeks and didn’t grow as wel as the others. It turned out to be a cockerel. I brought all 3 cockerels to an acquaintance when the first one started to crow. The one who had been sick was significantly smaller than the other 2 at that time. I don’t know what happened after he was brought to the hobby farm/hobby trader.

once he was the biggest, now his weight is about 600-700 grams.

Personally I would give him some healthy herbal additives and acv/garlic in the water.
Do a health check on other problems that may play a role. Like lice, mite and other parasites, like visible worms in the poop.
If you cant find anything, just wait and see. If he heals without medicines he will come out stronger.

No lice, no worm, i think it's some infection from inside
