What vehicle are you using to move them? I have no idea what your limitations on space are or where in the vehicle you will transport them.
They sleep longer than 4 hours so it doesn't have to be that big of a deal. They will poop so have protection from that if they are inside a vehicle.
If you can, put them in a cage or crate and cover it so it is dark. Maintain ventilation though. No need for food or water as they go much longer than 4 hours without eating or drinking at night. Avoid a "wind" hitting them if they are outside of the vehicle. Do not let them overheat. If they are inside a closed vehicle this could be a risk.
Have their facilities ready so when they get home they can immediately go in there.
