how to fix an egg turner???

Hi,
My yellow motorized egg turner isn't turning.

The motor gets warm and I can hear it hum,
but the egg holder bars aren't turning even if I watch them for a long time.

Anyone know
what's wrong and how to fix it?

it's not mounted in an incubator . Just sitting on the counter where I use it to turn eggs before they go into the Brinsea Mini Advances.

Mine does the same thing some times, all i do is move the little arms a little bit one way or the other and it goes back to working.
