How to gather eggs for incubation?

It's cold here, will the eggs be viable? Should I stalk the chicken house and try to gather them immediately after laid? Or just be patient and wait for the weather to warm up?

You can gather the eggs now and just be sure they are room temperature before adding to the incubator. Good luck with your hatch!
