how to get chicken to molt broken feathers?

Increase lighting to 24 hours for one week.

Decrease lighting to 8 hrs light/16 hrs dark.

Start bird on water and alfalfa meal. Let the bird eat all the meal it wants to eat. When the bird goes into molt, the food consumption should decrease.

Once the birds body weight gets low enough the bird will go into molt. Watch for the feathers to start growing in and the bird begins to eat more food.

Once the feathers start to grow, go back to a regular diet. If you want egg production, increase light to 14 hrs.

I'm not trying to get her to moult for a show. I'm trying to get her to moult because 1. Winter is coming and she has almost no feathers. 2. Her wing feathers are like barbs with no fluff and are hurting other chickens when she flaps 3. She is getting picked on and hurt. So she is separated and can't go back in with the others til she gets some new feathers in. Its just taking forever. She hasn't even started moulting yet.

If she has no feathers, then she has started her molt, she just needs to grow them in. Do you have any photos of her? Maybe she's a product of picking and not molting?
