how to get chicken warm?

Or get some fertile eggs from someone with a rooster and keep her on them in a crate where it is warm. Chicks are so much fun! I have had a hard time breaking broodiness. One hen sat on nothing for almost 4 weeks so I finally gave her 2 eggs to sit on and she sat for another 3 weeks. One of her chicks is now my friendliest little hen.

She is broody. You have found her secret nest. If you have no rooster they are infertile so throw them away. After you warm her up but her in the coop for a few days so you can break her broody cycle. If you don’t break her she will keep going back to the nest site.

I didn’t mean throw them away because infertile but Because you don’t know how old they are and they have been exposed to the elements.
