How to get dark orange yolks?

I am waiting for my pullets to begin laying (soon, I hope). What do I feed to get that nice rich color in the yolk?

They get that nice color from the greens that they eat. So, if you don't have much grass and stuff, feed them things like Kale, Mustard Greens, Spinach, etc. You'll certainly get that beautiful color!

Dark greens. Stuff with lots of beta carotene: broccoli (mine love the whole plant, leaves and all), spinach, kale, mine even like parsley and give them your cantaloupe seeds and rinds - cantaloupe has lots of beta carotene too.
