You can't make any breed go broody. You can maybe try to encourage it by piling up fake eggs in a nesting spot, but if they're not inclined at all, you'll just have a big pile of fake eggs.

You can't. Get an Orpington or a silky, they're good at it. The eggs don't care who sits on them. Of get a nice incubator and hatch them yourself.
