How to get hens to start using new nesting boxes?

here is a pic of the enclosure they live in. It extends 10 more feet to the right side. I just couldn't get it all in the pic

Get the boxes up off the floor a foot or two and they will probably adapt to them easier. They just like to go up to a nest.

Now that is something we can probably accomplish! Will work on designing and building this! Thank you
