how to get lacing back

Here is Esmeralda, my KW hen. Out of all the chicks she has ever hatched, none have ever had lacing. Some have been blue, but no lacing. This is the roo I have had with her for years. I plan on switching out roos soon to the second pictured roo. Any chance I will get lacing?

Thanks for the bump. These are my 2 key west roo's. The 1st one is almost 10 and the 2nd one is 2 years old.
