How to get rid of diahrrea in hens?

One of my hen's vent and fluff around her butt is absolutely covered in poop and it looks awful.some of the others have a few small specks of poop on their fluff, but she has pretty bad diahrrea. Anyone have home treatments to clear up a diahrrea problem? Thanks
