I have a hen, she’s old and we thing she has a tumor. She got pasty but a couple days ago with diarrhea, and today I noticed that there was rock hard poop only half way out and stuck. She’s been soaking in hopes to loosen the poop up enough to peel it off, I’ve gotten some of so now it’s just stuck to below her vent and not half in her, but is there something I can do to speed up the process or just keep her in water until it softens

I just got it off, I have a picture of her vent now, and the stuff because it does not look like normal poop and felt like rubber in some places

It looks a bit like lash eggs material, which is from salpingitis. Sometimes it is inside the oviduct or out in the abdomen, and sometimes they pass it in their droppings. To see what you think if it is lash material, here is an article with some pictures:

The prices that I got off her could look like pieces of a lash egg, but I haven’t seen an actual one, and she doesn’t seem to have any symptoms excepts the yellow bellow her vent that could be something like puss(I thought it was diarrhea) should I treat her for it, or could doing that harm her if it’s not it

I've heard others say their weird-shaped little bits of lash eggs felt like rubber, too. Generally, they are larger than an egg, and you can cut them open.

It was only a bit bigger as the three pieces in the picture put together
But there aren't too many explanations for little rubbery things coming out of a hen that doesn't involve an infection of some kind. It's signaling something isn't right. A vet may be able to find out what it is, but if that's not an option, be sure to read that article @Eggcessive posted, and what she said about salpingitis.

Sometimes hens will get a build up of gunk inside the vent opening. You can use a lubricated disposable glove and feel inside for something like that. Is there any odor to her vent or the material that you got out?
