Is this splay leg? She kind of scoots back on her hocks or can stand with help from her little wings. I can make a brace but wanted the experts to confirm.

Hatched yesterday (normally), had the no-slip liner down, but today she’s still scooting instead of walking like the others. Thanks!

I'd say go ahead and try the brace. It doesn't look like splay leg to me, but it's worth a try and you don't want to miss your window.

If the brace doesn't work, physical therapy could be putting her in a little cup where she has to stand to get food or water.

I would have put her back in the incubator, and still might. She can walk okay, just sits down to scoot for some reason, so bracing isn't going to help that.

Do you have any B-complex or Poultry Cell or Nutri-Drench?

What I'd do is give her 1/4 of a B-complex, three drops of one of the vitamins via an eye dropper touched to the right side of her beak, then put her in the incubator or a separate temp brooder for 8-12 more hours. That way she'll be able to sleep and heal.
