How to get white eggs?

My quick search said la Bresse are a cream colored egg layer(So she is normal), I’m not sure on the others.
Another thought is that they might not have pure or “good” genetics which is throwing the color off.

I just looked up this chicken... It says they are very tasty 😋. It's a meat chicken from Breese France. I would love to get some of them in my flock. I don't think I would want to feed them out like they do over there. Here is an interesting article.

It's one of my favorites in the flock. She has a very strong personality 😂
I'll look at the link. Thanks!

I agree, your red hen looks like brown Leghorn. She is very pretty. I have five of them. Four lay bright white eggs. One lays an egg that is almost white but noticeably different from the others, kind of an off-white, almost cream color. Each hen lays an egg she is genetically designed to lay and there is nothing you can do to influence it. The eggs all taste delicious, though!
