How to give Vitamin E?

I have a young hen that has a somewhat crooked neck, kinda curves to the left & mostly when she is at rest. I've seen her reach around to her right with it though to preen herself, so she can move it. It seems to have been an injury from when I was putting her & her brood mates (7 in all) in a box to bring in to a separate area at night before they were integrated with rest of flock. When they were 8-10 wks or so, her 2 brothers were getting pretty large & I think injury happened then. She's 14 wks old now & an Indio Gigante that normally has an extra long neck. They're all integrated with flock now & She runs & plays with her brood mates & eats/drinks normally, but I'm wondering if Vitamin E would help at this point? And if so, how do you give it to a chicken? I've seen posts that say just "pop a Vitamin E soft gel in their mouth", but it doesn't seem that easy - I tried & she just spit it out. I tried opening 1 & putting it on her favorite greens - 1 bite & she refused to eat any more of them. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You can puncture the soft gel and empty it into some egg, wet chicken feed, cream cheese, peanut butter etc and offer it. But most just open the beak and put it into the back to swallow. A bit of cooked egg yolk for selenium is also good for E uptake. Human super B complex 1/4 tablet daily is also good for wry neck. Do you have any pictures?

I guess I didn't get it far enough back in her mouth, as she was able to spit it out. I'll post pics soon, it's been raining daily here & I haven't been able to get any lately. They only eat pellet food (Kalmbach Flock Raiser & a little Nutrena Feather Fixer for afternoon treat), & various greens, so anything different, they're hesitant to eat

I puncture the soft gel and suck the liquid into a very small syringe (no needle). You can apply a drop at a time to the side of the beak (along the crack). It will naturally work its way into the mouth, and she'll swallow.

At least, this is how I've been treating my very small chicks.
