Feedback How to group all the pics I have posted to threads in album(s)

(To the anymouse who moved this, "Thank you" & I'm sorry for I oopsed in making this (originally a reply) in a thread)
So, okay, fair warning. I've tried the search few times today. I found 3 links that *might help* and will read them later tonight.

What I'm hoping to accomplish is the ability to group all the pics I have posted to threads into a non-chaotic mess in album(s) that I can then link to the pics for future use on other threads?
a)reducing bandwidth
b) eliminating the need for multiple uploads of the same pictures
c) streamlining for possible future articles?
