How to Grow a Blueberry Bush

Ok guys, any pepper enthusiasts among you? My mystery plant has started to bloom now, and I have a few options for which it might be.

Any thoughts?

The size of the plant and the leaves make me think it is a Paprika.

Quote: Those are great ideas it's just that I do not have power out in the middle of the pasture or I would hook up a heat lamp. We got the hen to stay with the chicks last night it's just that she is a new mom and did not know what to do I guess. She tries.
You done good!!!!

You might need to repeat the exercise every night until she gets the idea and goes in on her own.

GOod broodies are valuable.

Thank you. We tried since she really seemed like she wanted them and they wanted her. Or I would have put them in a brooder in the shed. So we will keep at it till she does it on her own.

Ever since she had those eggs hatch I think the other hens are wishing someone would go broody again they all keep laying all the eggs in one nest box! And they have never done that before! lmbo

I'm a bit confused now as the berry listed here( Gaylussacia) matches the berries I am picking but . . does NOT match the seeds sent by BUrgess which is Solarum guineese.

According to THIS article these seeds are in the nightshade family!!!

Now I'm getting somewhere!!! At least this is a Solanum too. Lots of reviews on the this plant : prolific, hardy, annual, wait a looooong time to process the berries. Coook to bring out best flavor which includes par boiling with soda.

The instructions on my pkging pretty well matches the above. But not the species name.

For me, google suggested the spelling "solanum guineense" instead. I found some amazon ad for the seeds.

My chili has two withered flowers with the beginnings of fruit growing, and four flowers are in bloom at the moment, with maybe 20 more to come.

And the tomatoes are great. Apparently we planted some sort of yellow cherry tomatoes, many of them are ripening right now. Very strong tomato taste, with a hint of sweetness.

The bean bushes have also started producing, we ate our first batch yesterday. They tasted great.
