How to help a chicken out of the shell, ASAP

Hello,

My quails are hatching but 3 of them cant get out how can i help them?
I need the info quick coz the chirping is getting lower every time and fading.

don't know anything about quail but with my chickies. I wet thouem by a spray bottle or turn a heater on in the bathroom get a warm bath cloth, wet them.... and peel gently stop if you see blood.

As well as stopping when you see blood, it is a good idea to have toilet paper handy. It stops the bleeding quick when applied to the cracks, minimizing blood loss. I thought about trying a styptic pencil, but i wasn't sure how much would get into the blood supply or potential effects on the chick.
