How to help a splayed legged chick?

How do I help my silver and buff seabright chicks legs go unsplayed. Right now we have a bandaid around them. She seems to walk ok.

You did the right thing. How old is the chick? Usually the sooner you catch it the better; the later you catch it, the longer you need to keep the bandaid on. With a newly hatched chick - 24 hours is usually sufficient. For an older chick, two to three days. Check and see - if it's still splayed, put another one back on. Should heal itself.
