How to help isolation chick

He’s been sneezing and his eyes seem goopy like pink eye almost. I also noticed a clicking sound when he drinks? Someone on another forum said that could be related to the air sac. I attached a picture for reference!

Not 100%. Sometimes antibiotics are given to help with any bacterial infections that can happen due to respiratory illnesses such as pneumonia. What are his symptoms?

I posted a picture of him and his symptoms if can look at it nd let me know what you think!

Ooh,poor baby does not look good at all. Have you noticed any bubbles in the eye or any smell? The clicking sound is worrisome.

So far no bubbles or smells. The vet did say it’s likely he won’t make it but I’m going to try everything I can I’ve been feeding him egg yolk mixed with feed and some extra supplements I got from tractor supply. In the event he doesn’t make it it won’t be for lack of trying
