Oh no! I just checked in my brooder and I have one little chick that doesn't look like she's going to make it

I don't know what happened, I got them in the mail on Wednesday and all were happy and healthy. I've checked on them frequently (the last time being about 12:30 today (just got back home from a Dr.'s appointment) and this one is definately not doing well. She's just flopped over on her side breathing kind of heavy. I picked her up and she picked her head up and cheaped loudly, but then kind of flopped back down in my hand. I've tried dipping her beak in water to get her to drink, but she just shakes her head and then flops back over. The other chicks seem to be leaving her alone and not pecking on her, so at least that's good. Is there anything that I can do for her that would help or is there no hope?

Never mind, she's gone

I went and rumaged around in cupboard looking for polyvisol (I thought I might have some). couldn't find any, so I made some sugar water to see if I could force some down her throat. Well when I went out there she had stopped breathing and wasn't moving at all. I picked her up and rubbed her for a bit to see if I could get any movement or reaction at all (looking for some hope), but she was definately gone.

I hope that it was just some weird reason that she didn't thrive and that's it's not something that my other chicks (13 left in the brooder now) will catch.
