How to help this lonely chick!!!!?

So earlier this day I went to a store to pick up some chick feed for my other chicks, and I came across this little tiny chick in this huge container. I dont know why but this store left him by himself so of course i bought him. He seemed just really weak. So I set up his new home but he doesn't seem to be doing well then again I'm not a pro to raising fleshly hatched chicks. My problem is I don't know If he is dying or just sleeping. I'd put in my other chicks with him but they are much older than him.

When you say you don't know if he's dying or sleeping - can you explain that a bit?
Is he eating/drinking? If not try 'supergruel'. Mix some vitamin/electrolyte powder in water per instructions. Add water to a small bowl of crumbles until you get a wet oatmeal consistency. You may have to hand feed for a few days if he is very weak...keep us posted.
