How to improve hatch rates for shipped eggs

calibrate is checking and ensuring that it's reading properly before use. Say outside it's 32c outside and you check and yours reads 30c that's a HUGE issue if you aren't aware that the thermometer reads off slightly.
 
Candling you can just go in a room that's dark turn a flashlight on and check the egg. It should have veins and the next check it should have more and you will start to see the actual chick develop. I've candled MANY eggs (growing up parents bred cockatiels and cockatoos though the cockatoos were not as prolific).
