Yes and no. Whether the male’s sperm carriesthe x or y chromosone determines the sex of the duckling I have heard things such as the older a man is, the more likely his offspring will be female. If there is any truth to it, then yes, certain ducks may produce more males than females.

Ducks and poultry are opposite of humans. Females have ZW, males have ZZ. It's all the females that make more sons or daughters, the males just provide the Z like how human females provide the X
