How to keep chickens cool on hot days?

It's starting to get hotter and my girls and 1 rooster are 10-11 weeks now and its starting to get hotter and dryer outside. I was wondering if anybody has any ideas to keep them cooler.

I've heard many ideas:
Placing a shallow pool of water in the shade so that the hens can cool their feet off.
Feeding them cold or frozen treats, like frozen watermelon.
Spraying their run with a bit of water, and spraying the outside of the coop to cool it off.
Placing ice cubes in their water.
Dampening their favorite dustbathing spots with the hose.
Creating areas of shade with sheets and such.
And so on. A quick Google search should bring up many ideas.
And, of course, put out several waterers, especially if they're free-ranged. Change the water a couple times throughout the day to keep it cool, or simply put in more ice.

a tarp that goes halfway on for them to make shade. I try my best to get them cool it for there dust bath.

Tarp on the top of the run and I have a tire cut in half full of water in the run.

The tire is the same one my g-grandpa cut for my g-grandma for her chickens. Found it in the bottom of the coop when we cleaned it out after my g-aunt passed, she used it as a shed.

thank you and yes i have searched but i wanted some ideas that people have used and it has worked. ya know. But I'm going to try my best to keep them cool

Misters don't do much in humid climates....great in the desert tho!

I don't worry too much until they start panting and holding their wings out away from their bodies.

Deep all day shade is best but....

I give a dose of Sav-a-Chick electrolytes/vitamins about once a week during heat waves.
It really seems to help....started this after they saved a heat stroked hen once.
Can mix up a smaller amount, just wrap the packet tight and store in a dry cool place.
Always have plain water available too.

BIG(9x14x2") chunks of ice last all day for wading, sitting, and sipping.
Much more useful to the chickens than frozen foods and treats.

Make space in your freezer!

Misters will actually make it hotter in humid climates. We tried a swamp cooler in my shop one summer and made it unbearable. Was better without it.

Yeah I forgot about ice. I freeze big containers of water for my coons and chickens.

So what is the average temperature when we need to worry about our chickens? Like if it's 95 degrees all day?
