How to keep my cockerels from being butts

We have who knows how many roos in our flock of pullets/cockerels (puckerels?) and multiple are already butts. They team together to distract me while the other bolt. It takes 20 minutes to herd them into the coop. PLEASE HELP

Wait until they start terrorizing your pullets. Have a 'Plan B' in mind for when that happens.

Herding chickens is like herding cats...pretty futile.

They will go inside at dark....
....or you can train them to come to the scratch can rattle.

An empty #10 tin can and a few grains of shelled corn in the bottom will do more good than SEAL Team 6 when it comes to putting your chickens to bed.

Eating them is humane, IMO.

There's a gal that did a homemade no crow collar..... it's in the, 'Managing Your Flock' section of the forum. She says it works pretty well, might want to take a look into that.
