how to kill a chicken?

im not going to just swing him around, I'm going to make sure it kills him, and that he doest feel it for more than a few seconds max, if that.

Definitely are. Good luck with ringing their necks. That is more of a skill than just being strong.
Home grown birds do taste different, whether you will find it "better" or not remains to be seen. Many folks are offput by the flavor of non-commercially raised birds because they taste like, well, chicken.....real chicken that has developed flavor and texture...the older the bird the stronger both are....those store bought birds are processed at 8 (ish) weeks

you mean cutting the head off? and jus fwd my machete is very sharp, and I have plenty of strength so if thats better for the roosters then...

Yeah, mine are processed at two years. Stronger flavor and I believe tastier than store bought.
