How to kill mosquito larvae?

I use goldfish in my goat and horse water tanks.... they eat any bugs and larva and when there are none they graze on the algae and alfalfa that drop in.

I dump ALL the water out of my chicken tubs about every three days.... Scrub with a toilet brush and dump again. Mine are auto filled... and in the desert dumped water does not make mud.

My coop floor is dirt under the bedding.
