how to look after a injured chick

What do I need to look after a injured chick. got pecked by another hen not the mother. I haven't looked after a chick before. I have always left it to the hens,

Well, what's wrong with it? That will make a big difference as to what needs doing.

The basics are warmth, feed, drink, and company, but if it's been smashed then getting a bit cold will help prevent internal hemorrhaging. Can't really give you much in the way of suggestions without more details.

If it's at all possible though you should leave it with the mother. Best wishes.

The injured chick is fine with it's mum it has just got a peck mark on its leg mark and is now doing fine.
