How to make a chicken sling?

We have a three month old bantam pullet that we suspect has Marek's - sprawled legs, but she has no other symptoms so far (and it has been 3 weeks) so since she is a fighter and of course, she is my daughter's favorite, we are going to try anything we can to nurse her along. I've found a few threads mentioning slings but can't wrap my brain around how to make one - anyone done this before? TIA!

I have a few posts about it, just put in sling and my name and they should come up. I also had one made by a BYC person I will try to find the name of who made it but maybe you can have a custom one made.

Also bowling bags/slings work great also.
