How to make a low cost incubator?

I've looked. I've looked very hard. But I just can't find it. I can't find a good priced incubator for hatching 4 chicken eggs. So, now I'm trying to find a good way to make a simple, yet effective incubator! Anyone have recipes for chicken? I mean success? (Meat bird joke!) Any help appreciated!

Cheapest way... get a broody hen!

Just get this incubator here and a cheap thermometer/hygrometer to calibrate! You can find it cheaper on Ebay......... you figure after spending parts on a homemade box (a temperature controller is already $20), just spending another $20 and a bit more will already get you a nice little incubator that has been successful with folks using it and it has gotten good reviews!
